Have a seat at the chef’s table for an unforgettable dining experience at Seaspice. Delight your palate with a specially curated 4-course culinary journey by Executive Chef Angel Leon and perfectly paired with Moët & Chandon.

The menu will offer exclusive dishes starting with a fresh Hamachi Tiradito and Tempura Fried Squash Blossoms followed with a selection of decadent entrees including a Pan Seared Yellowfin Tuna and Spiced Grilled Diver Scallops. An elevated dining experience wouldn’t be complete without a selection of signature Seaspice desserts to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Our Chef’s Table dining experience will be weekly event beginning Wednesday, August 19th with seatings at 6:30 and 8:30pm.

Hamachi Tiradito - coconut,  calamansi leche de tigre, garlic- kaffir lime cashew crumble


Tempura Fried Squash Blossoms - alaskan king crab, yellow tomato coulis, fresh herb salad


Local Watercress Salad - ginger wasabi dressing, red radish, pickled onions, bubu arare


Third Course 

(paired with Moet Imperial)

Pan-seared Yellowfin Tuna - beet puree, zucchini compote, olive dust


Grilled Diver Scallops - creamy corn risotto, butter glazed haricovert


Braised Beef Short Ribs - malanga puree, pickled watermelon


Fourth Course

(paired with Moet Ice Rose)
