Omakase at Seaspice

Seaspice introduces Seaspice Omakase by Chef Wu, a new Japanese dining destination within its Miami waterfront setting, bringing together an intimate chef-led omakase counter and an extended à la carte menu. 

At the counter, guests will experience a multi-course progression built around exceptional ingredients from land and sea. The menu will move between hot and cold preparations, raw and cooked dishes, seafood, fish and meat, creating a varied and carefully paced expression of Japanese cuisine. 

Beyond the counter, an extended à la carte menu will be served throughout the dining room, offering the same focus on product, technique and presentation with the freedom to explore the menu at an individual pace. Together, the omakase counter and à la carte dining room create a complete Japanese dining destination, framed by views of the Miami River, passing yachts and the city skyline.
