Crispy Key West Pink Shrimp - chili aioli, mango


Second Course

Hamachi Tiradito - passion fruit leche de tigre, crispy quinoa, cilantro, hass avocado

Stuffed Squid - Alaskan King Crab, lava bean, truffle vinaigrette 

Cherry Tomato Salad - aged balsamic, parsley, ricotta salata


Third Course

Grilled Diver Scallops - artichoke purée, shaved fennel, orange

Slow Cooked Australian Lamb Loin - sweet & sour eggplant, roasted carrots, cardamom

Pan Seared Chilean Seabass - nouc nam, lime, forbidden black rice, braised scallions

Mille Feuille - vanilla Crème mousseline, raspberry coolis, mint anglaise
