Second Course

French Steak Tartare - lemon, onion, capers, quail egg, watercress, ossetra caviar

Grilled Stuffed North Atlantic Squid - alaskan king crab, fava bean, artichoke, lemon, calabria chilli

Maine Lobster Maki Roll - sesame soy paper, end of summer black truffles, white truffle oil, crispy garlic, ponzu butter


Third Course

Pan Seared Yellow Fin Tuna - roasted organic beet puree, zuchinni compote, kalamata olive dust

1855 Grilled Filet Mignon - roasted bone marrow, super green spinach, onion emulsion, crispy veal sweet breads

Grilled Spiced Diver Sea Scallops - grilled corn, creamy corn risotto, glazed haricoverts
