Food for Art with Ruinart

An official host partner of Art Basel Miami Beach 2022, the champagne House of Ruinart was first established in 1729 and is the longest-standing Maison in Reims, France. Seaspice is honored to have been selected as the exclusive Miami venue to showcase Ruinart’s prestigious “Food for Art” series. Accordingly, Seaspice will conduct exclusive dining experiences each night starting Tuesday, November 29. The artistically inclined, six-course menu curated by Executive Chef Angel León is inspired by the works that Danish artist Jeppe Hein has originated for Ruinart’s partnership at this year’s Basel Miami. Please note: the special featured menu is not available on Seaspice’s a-la-carte menu, this very special curated epicurean experience is only available during Art Basel 2022.
