F1 Race Weekend In Miami

Saul Alvarez, Max Verstappen standing next to a man

Formula One, the highest class of international racing for single-seater formula racing cars—and one of the most popular sporting events in the world—is adding Miami to its exclusive lineup for the first time this year… and Seaspice will be on the scene both during and after the big race.

Throughout the three-day event, to be held at the Miami International Autodrome (the purpose-built temporary circuit around Hard Rock Stadium) from May 6-8, Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge will host a pop-up in the Champagne Garden on “Luxury Row.” While ogling the high-performance Ferraris and Mercedes-Benz models on display, F1 spectators will get the “inside track” on what makes Seaspice such a beloved hotspot: its seafood-centric cuisine… expertly curated by Executive Chef Angel Leon and designed to enliven the palate and stimulate the senses. The opportunity to indulge in such delicacies as Grilled Octopus with fresh herbs and lemon and Salmon Ceviche with micro cilantro garnish will really give racing fans a taste of Seaspice. Too revved up to sit and dine? No problem. Fast-track it with our grab-and-go picnic basket option, complete with your bottle of choice.

But the thrills and heart-racing action of the F1 Miami Grand Prix don’t end at the finish line; once the grandstands are empty, Seaspice will be shifting into overdrive with its F1 Race Day After-Party. The beloved brasserie & lounge is “gearing up” for a spectacular, international racing-themed event to take place at Seaspice’s idyllic location along the Miami River on Sunday, May 8 from 6pm until closing. Generous pours of Moët (sponsors of the party), live entertainment, bottle service parades, and other supercharged surprises are in store. And of course, Seaspice’s vibrant menu of global-inspired dishes and creative craft cocktails is cause for celebration, on race day and every day!

In case you can’t make it into the pit or paddock for a meet-and-greet with the F1 racecar drivers, that doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll miss your chance. Last year’s Formula One World Champion, Belgian-Dutch driver Max Verstappen, has famously shown up at Seaspice Miami … so who’s to say what will happen this year? When it comes to Seaspice, one never knows who just might pop by to party.
